Unlike high-volume importers who use thin-walled hollow sections and spot welds, every Brisbane A1 Trailer begins with certified Australian structural steel. We laser-cut, jig-clamp, and full-seam weld every join to ensure your chassis never flexes or fails when loaded to capacity.
Our team consists of trade-qualified boilermakers, sheet metal fabricators, and automotive electricians dedicated to delivering trailers that exceed Australian Design Rules (ADR) and Department of Transport (TMR QLD) requirements.

This self-contained setup allows us to oversee 100% of the manufacturing process from raw steel unloader to final roadworthy sign-off.
